1. Repairs and exchange procedures

2. Conditions for product warranties

When PQI repairs service is required, please visit a PQI shop. Customers will need to have proof of purchase (eg. Warranty card or receipt) indicating the date of purchase to ensure the product is within the warranty period.


3. Rules for exchange and repairs

Within 7 days of purchase

Within 7 days (starting from receipts issuing date) of purchase at the PQI shop, customers wanting to return their PQI products are allowed to exchange for another product (limiting to PQI shop purchases only)

7 days after purchase but within the warranty period

As we, PQI are still responsible for the proper functioning of the PQI product within the warranty period. Any non-human faulted product repairs will require no excess fees.

Outside the warranty period

Repair services will still be provided for products outside of the warranty period. However, a repair fee (eg. labor, parts) may incur at the customer's expense.


4. Warranties are voided when

1.Damaged during transportation
2.Accident, human error, improper use or installation and modification of any parts resulting in malfunctioning or damage
3.Damages caused by natural disasters or a result of electrical problems
