Yes, insert iConnect’s USB connector into a PC’s USB port to reformat. Please notice that iConnect only supports the FAT32 file system. During the formatting process, select FAT32 in order for the iConnect+ app to read and write data properly when connected to iDevice. If another file system is selected, such as NTFS, an error message will appear "initialization error, please contact the store or distributor." If this error occurs, please reformat the iConnect with FAT32 to resolve the issue.
